“Court Denies Visitation to [Lesbian] Ex-Partner”

It is a shame that such a common sense ruling should be so surprising.
In the interests of parental rights and traditional marriage, let’s hope that the precedent set by the Maryland Supreme Court will be followed by courts across the country (
especially in Virginia
).
