Sen. Wayne Allard (R-CO) has again proposed an amendment to the budget bill which would provide health coverage for unborn children on the SCHIP program. His amendment would codify this important policy into federal law, and will most likely be voted on when the Senate begins an intense session of voting this Thursday (March 13).
