“Supreme Court Defers Action on TV 'Expletives' Case”

reported Friday
that the Supreme Court would announce on Monday (yesterday) whether it would consider the important FCC broadcast indecency case.
The LA Times reports that
the Court last night announced it will delay taking action on the case
(likely until March 17).
