The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that Oklahoma’s law prohibiting gay adoption is unconstitutional.  The court said that Oklahoma violated the “full faith and credit” clause of the U.S. Constitution by not recognizing the laws of other states.  This is the same argument that has and will be used to force “gay marriage” on states that do not recognize it unless a federal constitutional amendment defending traditional marriage is ratified.
