allows you to encourage the Department of Health and Human Services to adopt
proposed guidelines which would protect
the rights of doctors and other medical workers to refuse to participate in procedures
or treatments which conflict with their religious or ethical beliefs. These regulations would especially protect
doctors from having to participate in abortions or abortion related practices.
As
