“Marriage Amendment Serves the Greater Good”
John Stemberger gives an excellent defense of the proposed Florida Marriage Protection Amendment and in doing so
refutes many of the objections raised against a federal version
.
He compares current marriage laws and common housing regulations to show that defining marriage as a union of only one man and one woman does not constitute inappropriate discrimination.
