Chipping Away at Roe Works (and concerns the New York Times)
The recent Supreme Court decision upholding the partial-birth abortion ban has raised some eyebrows for what some of the justices cited in the majority opinion. For over a decade conservatives have been passing legislation that "chips away" at Roe on both the federal and state level by noting how abortion affects... women, and the New York Times is paying attention!
